By purchasing any product or service from CoinNPC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
CoinNPC provides digital services including but not limited to: Spotify Premium accounts (Individual, Duo), Discord Server Boosts, Discord Nitro, Discord Accounts, server member packages, and Discord tools. All services are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical goods.
You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of any credentials or account information provided to you. You agree not to share, sell, or transfer credentials to third parties. CoinNPC is not responsible for loss of access resulting from your own actions, including but not limited to: changing passwords, enabling two-factor authentication post-delivery, or violating platform terms of service on your end.
All prices are listed in USD. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before any order is processed. We accept various payment methods including cryptocurrency, PayPal (Friends & Family), CashApp, and others as made available. Chargebacks or disputes are taken seriously and may result in a permanent ban from our services.
We aim to deliver all orders within 15 minutes of confirmed payment when staff is online. In all cases, delivery is guaranteed within 24 hours. If delivery is not completed within 24 hours, you are eligible for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
All products come with a warranty period as described on the product page or communicated at the time of purchase. Warranties are void if the issue is caused by your own actions (e.g., sharing credentials, using the account in violation of the platform's terms). Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period via our Discord, Telegram, or Email support.
You agree not to: use our services for any illegal purposes; attempt to resell our services without explicit written permission; abuse our support system with fraudulent claims; attempt to exploit, hack, or otherwise misuse our systems; engage in chargebacks after receiving services. Violations may result in a permanent ban and, where applicable, legal action.
Some of our products, including Spotify Premium plans, are sourced through regional pricing mechanisms (e.g., Egyptian region). This is a legitimate method that results in lower prices. All products function identically to standard versions, with the same features, quality, and access. By purchasing, you acknowledge awareness of this pricing method.
CoinNPC is not affiliated with Spotify AB, Discord Inc., or any other third-party platform we sell services for. We are an independent reseller. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which CoinNPC operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication via our support channels before any formal legal proceedings.
