Our Refund Policy

We stand behind everything we sell. This policy exists to be fully transparent with you — please read it before purchasing.

Our core principle

We offer refunds only when a mistake has been made on our side. If we fail to deliver your order, deliver the wrong product, or the product is non-functional due to our error — we will refund you or replace the product immediately.

When you ARE eligible for a refund

  • We failed to deliver your order within the stated maximum timeframe (24 hours).
  • The product we delivered does not work or is incorrect (e.g., wrong plan, wrong region, wrong activation code).
  • The activation we performed caused a direct issue with your account that we were responsible for.
  • We activated the wrong plan or duration on your account.
  • A PureVPN code was already redeemed or invalid at the time of delivery.
  • A technical error occurred on our end that made it impossible to fulfill your order.

How refunds are issued

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be returned via the same payment method you used to purchase.

  • Crypto (BTC, ETH, etc.)Refunded to the same wallet address used for payment.
  • PayPalRefunded to your PayPal account. Processing time: 1–3 business days.
  • CashAppRefunded to your CashApp account immediately.
  • Other methodsDiscussed and handled individually based on your payment.

How to request a refund

Contact us as soon as you notice an issue. We aim to resolve all disputes within 24 hours.
